Betsy & Brandt’s does the research for you. We bring you a “back to basics” approach to food, by carefully selecting healthy, sustainable, minimally processed foods, and making them available to you at your fingertips.

What do you do?

We provide organic, whole and health foods. We believe that what you eat affects who and how you are, and impacts our planet as well. We search through thousands of food brands and hand pick products for your overall well-being.

Our curated selection of products are meant to suit your personal preferences and criteria, whether they be “natural” (without artificial preservatives, artificial flavors or colors), whole grain, Kosher, vegan, vegetarian, non GMO, without HFCS (high fructose corn syrup), low sodium, allergen free, or with a focus on sustainability, palm oil/conflict free, fair trade, community and/or socially minded.

What we don’t do?

We will never lecture you about what you should eat or not eat! We will never overwhelm you with new recipe ideas!

Why should I trust your website?

We offer free return shipping and full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with our products. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns tab for more information.

Is it safe to order from betsyandbrandts.com?

We do not store your credit card information. We use a widely trusted third party "payment processor". Our website is SSL protected.

I gave my previous address for shipping when I placed my order?

Please email starcare@betsyandbrandts.com with “Change Shipping Address” in the subject of the email. Please include your Order ID and your new address.

Can I get free shipping on my order?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75 we charge a flat shipping rate of $4.95. You can receive free shipping on orders over $45 when you sign up to join our mailing list.

I haven’t received my package yet?

We offer only standard shipping at this time. Typical order delivery time is 10 to 14 business days. During Holidays, the delivery time is longer. If you received a tracking number from us, you may track your order on our site to check the status of your shipment.

Has my order been fulfilled?

Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible, and also issue a full refund.

Has my order been shipped?

You will first receive an email confirmation of your order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to get a shipment notification after your order has been placed. We will send an email notification as soon as we have a tracking number for your order.

What to do if my order is damaged during shipment?

Please notify us as quickly as possible using the form on our “Contact Us” page. Please provide a brief description of the damage. We may require you to send pictures of the damaged product. We will issue a refund on your order.
