We accept online orders to shipping addresses only in the contiguous United States.
After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with an Order ID and tracking number. If you do not receive confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order, please email us at starcare@betsyandbrandts.com with your Order ID number. Also make sure you check your spam folder and add our email to your emails contact list. Your order will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days unless otherwise specified. We will inform you via your email if we are unable to ship your order within 5 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $49.99 and charge a flat shipping rate for orders up to $49.99. When you place an order with multiple items, you will be charged only one shipment fee of $4.95 even if takes multiple shipments to fulfill your order. All the items in a single order might not be shipped together.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will provide free return shipping.

In order to get a refund or store credit, you will need to fill out an online form on our website to initiate the processing of your return. You will receive in your email free shipping labels in your email for the return of your product(s). You have 100 days to return your product(s) in original condition and packaging to qualify for return. Upon the product return:

1. You will receive a full or partial refund credited to the credit card you used for the purchase.
or
2. You will receive a store credit and a discount coupon code for your next purchase.

The cash or store credit will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your returned product(s) unless otherwise clearly specified by an email from our company. Typically, a credit will show in your credit card account within 3-5 business days of processing the credit.
